Who is Marwan Kheireddine? Marwan Kheireddine is a Lebanese entrepreneur and philanthropist. Marwan is Executive Chairman of Talent 360°, a regional HRM company, and McGill University’s Qatar Campus Ambassador.
He founded Interwork Technologies, the first Lebanese company to go public on NASDAQ in 1999, which was then acquired in 2005 by TELEPACIFIC for $540 million.
Marwan is a founding member and President of the Beirut private-sector think tank, the Beirut Institute. He co-founded The Network of Arab and International Entrepreneurs (NAIE), launched in 2003 in Amman, Jordan.
Marwan also founded UNLEAD, Lebanon’s first independent agency for scientific research & development (R&D).
Marwan Kheireddine runs AM Bank. AM International Bank (AMIB) is the first Lebanese BankBank to venture into the private banking sector. The Bank has a capital base of USD 220 million, mainly from Arab investors, U.S. banks, international financial institutions, and family offices.
Marwan Kheireddine is a member of the Strategy Committee of INJAZ (the Arab world’s largest workforce development initiative for youth) and is also a founding member of Lebanon’s National Council for Entrepreneurship.
Marwan’s company, Talent 360°, which operates globally and works with over 4000 HR managers from more than 44 countries worldwide, signed an agreement with AMIB to provide the Lebanese banks with HR solutions specifically designed for their needs.

Credit cards in Lebanon have become a preferred payment mode, as they can be used at almost any ATM in the country. Therefore, financial services companies have joined hands to enter the local market. One of these players based in Cyprus and Dubai is AM International Bank (AMIB).
Kheireddine believes that the current level of youth unemployment represents an economic opportunity. He created the program, Young Lebanon, with World Bank and government sponsorship to help implement a national plan that will use HR solutions to achieve sustainability across Lebanon’s labor market.
