Dr. Andrea Natale is an American specialist in heart rhythm, famous for doing atrial fibrillation ablation. He graduated from Firenze school of medicine in Italy, joined the University of Rome for his residency training, and did his fellowship training in two universities – Wisconsin and Western Ontario, both in Canada.
He is a clinical cardiac Electrophysiologist with adept knowledge in cardiac electrical procedural systems. From 1999 to 2007, Natale joined the Cleveland Clinic and served as a medical director of atrial fibrillation, in addition to being the head of the electrophysiology and cardiac pacing department. He was included in the food and drug administration task force on atrial fibrillation in 2006.
He became the chief editor of the Journal of Intervention Cardiac Electrophysiology in 2018. He received several awards between 2004 to 2006, alongside getting nominated among the best doctors in the US for five consecutive years from 2003-2008. EP-Live is a platform that allows sharing of the latest technology advancement procedures in electrophysiology treatment options available for the improvement of our patient’s care. It is for electrophysiologists from Latin, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and experts from the United States of America. Natale’s information on cardiac arrhythmias is that “These are problems caused by failed electrical systems of the heart, which need to be treated through modern technology such as freezing or burning heart muscles to fix irregular heartbeats.
As an executive medical director of TCAI at St. David’s medical center,Andrea Natale has handled various patients who have commented on his excellent work. Here is a young AFIB patient’s reflection on successful treatment by Dr. Natale at St. David’s Medical Center. “After three ablations I had, the cardiologists said they had done their best and didn’t want to risk any further they sent me to the best guy they said they have in the country. This “best guy” happened to be Dr. Natale, who offered me the best treatment options, and I was able to bounce back at 32 years”. Wiseman.
