When Yanni Hufnagel left his position as a basketball coach at the University of Nevada, Reno, he moved to Atlanta and started his own business (2017).

Yanni Hufnagel was inspired to shake up the multibillion-dollar enhanced water industry after he spotted his basketball team drinking Bai in the locker room. He tried to imitate the flavor of Bai with lemon water, but that was the last resort. For the next five years, analysts project yearly market growth of 9 percent.
Lemon Perfect now has many juice and drink alternatives to choose from. Beyoncé’s favorite flavor, Dragon Fruit Mango, is now available alongside Just Lemon, Blueberry Acai, Peach Raspberry, and more. There are no added sugars or tastes to any of the beverages, and each one has only five calories.
